This project comprised of the modification and transformation of Murdoch University's Library and Learning Common Facilities. The project covered approximately 3000sqm over 2 levels at a cost of $3 million.

This project comprised the design and construction of a dynamic 320m2, 2 storey complex comprising office, showroom and warehouse storage for promotional product company ASB Marketing.

Excellence in Construction Awards 2005

Certificate of Excellence - Division 9 - Fit Out of a New or Existing Building

Awarded to TPS for the complete interior fitout of Evans & Tate headquarters; the project consisted of 1500m2 of office space over 2 floors.

A temperature controlled wine storage facility, acoustic rated executive office partitions and ceilings, an extendable boardroom/presentation room, several meeting rooms and a dedicated IT room formed the scope of this project.
